The Senior Associate of Partnership Engagement is responsible for supporting and enhancing Dubai’s global position in esports through maintaining relationships with B2B stakeholders and engaging SMEs. This role involves coordinating and facilitating activities that strengthen partnerships and enhance the integration of SMEs into the esports ecosystem.

Key Accountabilities

Core Functional Responsibilities & Subject Matter Expertise:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the ongoing engagement with B2B stakeholders, ensuring strong and productive relationships are maintained.
  • Coordinate logistics and communications for meetings and industry events that involve B2B partners, ensuring all partner needs are met and interactions are streamlined.
  • Support the planning and execution of esports events that cater to both B2B stakeholders and SME participants by managing schedules, coordinating logistics, and handling onsite event needs.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of these events, ensuring they meet the strategic objectives and standards expected by stakeholders and provide platforms for SME visibility and integration.
  • Facilitate the participation of SMEs in esports industry events, providing them with the necessary support to effectively showcase their products and services.
  • Assist in the implementation of initiatives designed to enhance SME involvement in the esports industry, supporting their ability to benefit from industry growth.
  • Collaborate with various departments to integrate B2B and SME initiatives seamlessly into broader esports industry events.
  • Contribute to cross-functional teams that work on delivering industry-wide engagements and promotions, enhancing the visibility and impact of both B2B and SME activities.
  • Support the maintenance of effective partnerships within the esports industry, focusing particularly on B2B relationships and SME integration.
  • Support the execution of partnership agreements and collaborations, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and partner expectations.
  • Prepare reports on B2B and SME engagement activities and event outcomes, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Support the analysis of event performance and partner feedback to guide future strategies and enhance the effectiveness of B2B and SME engagements.
