The Senior Associate - Performance & Business Transformation plays a core execution role within the Group’s performance agenda. The role focuses on supporting diagnostics, analysis, reporting, and delivery across priority initiatives, working closely with Managers and senior stakeholders to ensure disciplined execution and high-quality outputs across Group companies.
Responsibilities
Diagnostics and Analysis
Support structured financial, operational, and commercial analysis for business reviews and performance assessments.
Assist in rapid diagnostics, data validation, and identification of improvement opportunities under the guidance of Managers and Directors.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Prepare dashboards, KPIs, tracking tools, and recurring performance reports.
Support monthly performance routines and contribute to the preparation of decision-ready materials for senior leadership forums.
Transformation and Execution Support
Support the planning, tracking, and coordination of performance and transformation initiatives.
Maintain discipline across workstreams, including action tracking, follow-ups, and dependency management.
Provide flexible execution support across priority topics, responding quickly to evolving business needs.

Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in consulting, strategy, FP&A, performance management, transformation, or related analytical roles.
- Hands-on experience supporting business performance analysis, reporting, or improvement initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling, KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance reporting tools.
