What you will do:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate / Vice President to join our Digital & Corporate Marketing team. This role is pivotal in executing and managing integrated marketing campaigns that support our corporate brand narrative, enhance brand salience, and communicate Mubadala’s business and strategic priorities effectively to both local and international audiences.

We are looking for someone who brings strong expertise in developing targeted and tactical marketing campaign strategies, with hands-on experience in creative media content production. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a deep understanding of digital marketing tools, campaign management, stakeholder engagement, and performance analytics. They should also possess excellent project management and communication skills, along with the ability to work across diverse functions and teams.

What will you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, campaign strategy, or corporate communications.
• Proven ability to conceptualize and implement targeted, tactical marketing strategies across diverse audience segments and channels.
• Solid, hands-on experience in creative media content production, including content ideation, scripting, and video development tailored for digital platforms.
• Proficiency in leveraging digital marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Sprinklr, and content management systems (CMS).
• Demonstrated success in planning, executing, and optimizing integrated campaigns, including media planning and buying.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while managing stakeholders across various levels.
• Analytical and data-driven, with a strong ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and turn insights into actionable improvements.
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines, with the agility to pivot and respond to changing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Adept at storytelling and providing constructive creative feedback, ensuring alignment with brand narrative and strategy.
• Deep understanding of current trends in social media, digital marketing, video formats, and content innovation.
• Confident engaging with senior leadership, external agencies, and strategic partners.
• A strategic and detail-oriented thinker with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
