Responsibilities
- Strategic Execution: Deliver risk-based internal audit plans, ensuring alignment with M42's evolving priorities and compliance frameworks.
- Operational Excellence: Lead audits with independence and precision, from planning to execution, while identifying areas for improvement and driving actionable recommendations.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use advanced analytics to uncover trends, assess risks, and improve efficiency in processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across departments, fostering collaboration and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership: Coach and mentor audit teams, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and methodology adherence.
- UAE National
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
- Experience: 4-5 years in a similar role, preferably within financial institutions, Big 4 firms, or the healthcare sector.
- Certifications: Recognized certifications like CIA, CPA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent.
- Skills:
- Exceptional critical thinking and adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in leveraging data analytics tools for audit efficiency.
