About The Opportunity

M42 is searching for a UAE National to become a Senior Auditor and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare by ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and innovation across our expanding network of assets and units.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Execution: Deliver risk-based internal audit plans, ensuring alignment with M42's evolving priorities and compliance frameworks.
• Operational Excellence: Lead audits with independence and precision, from planning to execution, while identifying areas for improvement and driving actionable recommendations.
• Data-Driven Insights: Use advanced analytics to uncover trends, assess risks, and improve efficiency in processes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across departments, fostering collaboration and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Team Leadership: Coach and mentor audit teams, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and methodology adherence.
  
  

Qualifications

• UAE National
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
• Experience: 4-5 years in a similar role, preferably within financial institutions, Big 4 firms, or the healthcare sector.
• Certifications: Recognized certifications like CIA, CPA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent.
• Skills:
• Exceptional critical thinking and adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in leveraging data analytics tools for audit efficiency.
