Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Automation Manager to design and implement automation solutions that drive operational efficiency and productivity. This role involves analyzing processes, developing automated workflows, and working closely with various teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess opportunities for automation across business processes.
- Design and implement automation solutions using tools such as RPA, BPA, AI/ML, and scripting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to set project goals and document requirements.
- Develop and maintain automation workflows and integrations for systems like ERP, CRM, and HR.
- Conduct testing and troubleshoot to ensure automation quality.
- Provide training and support on new automation tools and processes.
- Keep current with automation trends and enhance solutions as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong experience in business process automation (BPA) or robotic process automation (RPA).
- Proficient in tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate.
- Skilled in programming/scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell.
- Familiar with APIs and system integrations; AI/ML knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Relevant automation certifications.
- Industry-specific automation experience (e.g., finance, healthcare, manufacturing).
- Experience with cloud services (especially Azure) and DevOps practices.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and organized.
