One of JobIn Client is Looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for identifying opportunities, and can build lasting client relationships — we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to align business goals
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions
• Meet and exceed revenue targets and growth objectives
Skills- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends
