We’re on the hunt for a Senior Business Specialist to lead our Referral Partner channel at Wio Business. You’ll be at the front line of one of our most dynamic growth engines—managing partner relationships, accelerating account openings, and boosting portfolio performance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Own and grow a portfolio of Referral Partners—be their trusted advisor and daily point of contact.
Deliver a gold-standard service experience by responding to partner needs with speed, precision, and care.
Drive acquisition: aim for 1,000 monthly business account submissions and 800 approvals, all while maintaining quality and compliance.
Activate new Referral Partners and re-engage existing ones to maximize portfolio value.
Expand our reach from SMEs to large corporates while maintaining strong momentum in the SME space.
Handle escalations from VIP business clients with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
Be a true ambassador of the Wio Business brand—elevate service standards and build strong, lasting partnerships.
What You’ll Bring:
Solid relationship and portfolio management skills with a customer-first mindset.
A proactive, positive attitude and high personal motivation.
Ability to work under pressure while keeping quality and service top of mind.
Prior experience in the UAE—you're familiar with the market and how it moves.
Bachelor’s degree or higher (bonus if you’ve got a finance or banking background).
