We have a great opportunity for a Senior Captain to join our beautifully theme Pool Bar and Amalfi. The successful applicant will play an important role in assisting the Service Manager to deliver consistent and quality service to our guests. The Senior Captain will look to inspire colleagues every day to ensure that the quality of service for which Shangri-La is known and loved is upheld.

What will you do?

• Interact with clients and understand their needs.
• Guide the guest through both A la carte and buffet options.
• Fulfil guest orders in an effective and organised manner.
• Work with colleagues to keep excellent service standards.
• Communicate effectively the requests of the guest with both culinary and service Associates.
• Empathetically listen to client queries/complaints and work with Colleagues/Service Manager to find solutions.
