Senior Civil Structural Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Civil Structural engineering activities on-site.
• Oversee the execution of structural works, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
• Fully utilize ADNOC Work Management System (WMS) for work planning, execution, and reporting.
• Coordinate and manage the Permit to Work (PTW) process to ensure that all works are executed safely and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with the PMC team, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and supervision to junior engineers and contractors.
• Ensure that all civil and structural designs are accurately implemented and executed according to approved drawings.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit technical reports, progress updates, and other documentation as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, specifically in oil and gas projects.
• Proven experience in a PMC role with a strong understanding of project management principles.
• In-depth knowledge of ADNOC Work Management System (WMS).
• Experience with Permit to Work coordination and ensuring safe work practices on-site.
• Strong technical background in managing civil and structural works, with a focus on quality and safety.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
