• Stay updated with changes in laws relevant to your area of expertise
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a comprehensive legal service is provided to clients
• Contribute to the development of the firm's policies and procedures related to your area of practice

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Senior Commercial Lawyer position will bring a wealth of experience in commercial law. You should have at least 7 years' experience handling commercial contracts, IP, and data protection cases. Your excellent drafting skills will be put to good use in this role. Experience in the Healthcare sector would be beneficial but not essential. Your ability to work independently as well as part of a team will be key to your success in this role. Strong interpersonal skills are also required for effective client liaison.

Minimum of 7 years experience in the region

Opportunity to work from home throughout your employment

Must have Commercial Contracts/IP/Data Protection experience in the region

Experience in the Healthcare sector is extremely beneficial
