You will collaborate closely with the Head of Communications to develop and implement innovative communication strategies that resonate with diverse audiences. Your responsibilities will include crafting compelling narratives, managing high-profile projects, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. With your strong copywriting skills and project management expertise, you will play a crucial role in shaping our internal and external communications landscape.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Lead and execute high-impact communication projects, including brand initiatives and thought leadership campaigns.
- Manage multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects aligned with KPIs.
- Create and edit engaging content across various formats for internal and external platforms.
- Develop comprehensive communication plans focused on brand messaging and employee engagement.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and advise key company spokespeople.
- Utilize metrics to assess communication effectiveness and provide insights for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in communications with a proven track record.
- Exceptional communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities for diverse audiences.
- Experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
