Senior Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Management Consultant to join our MENA office in Dubai. This role requires a strong consulting background, capable of building trust with clients, managing complex projects, and delivering high-impact results. The ideal candidate will navigate diverse stakeholder environments, lead teams, and drive solutions that address real industry challenges. Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership – Manage end-to-end consulting projects, ensuring timely and high-quality client outcomes.
• Client Engagement – Develop and maintain strong client relationships, delivering tailored solutions that meet specific needs.
• Analytical Excellence – Perform data-driven analysis to generate actionable insights for client strategies.
• Presentation & Communication – Create and present impactful slide decks to C-level executives, clearly conveying strategic recommendations.
• Team Leadership – Lead, coach, and mentor consultants and sector experts to deliver innovative solutions across MENA and globally.

Experience & Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in management consulting, preferably from top-tier firms.
• Proven project management skills with a track record of leading multiple projects.
• Strong client management capabilities, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Expertise in deep analytical work, with the ability to shape client decisions through data-driven insights.
• Strong presentation skills, with experience delivering to senior executives.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic, with an ability to work across diverse cultural boundaries.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Advantageous – Prior experience in the food and agribusiness sector.
