Job Description
5-10 years of professional experience in related area.
- Communicates with the client to outline the scope and requirements of the service delivery.
- Conducts research to collect necessary data through a variety methods e.g. interviews, surveys or field research.
- Analyses the data to gain an understanding of the organization to detect dysfunctional areas where change is needed.
- Responsible for the provision of recommendations related to the identified issues to improve business performance in terms of operations, profitability, management, structure and strategy.
- Provides guidance towards the implementation of the previously defined measures and/ or acts as a project member/ manager depending on the scope of service delivery.
- Provides training and mentoring to the project´s stakeholders, if necessary.
- Prepares reports, proposals, and presentations to provide stakeholders with updates on the status of the implementation.
- Ensures services delivery meets requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost set by the client/ management.
- Might acts as a project manager in larger projects and supervising consulting team.
- Might actively support generation of new business by identifying opportunities with new or existing customers or by developing services further.
- Other duties as assigned.
