Job Summary
Responsible for managing and controlling all contract-related activities for oil and gas projects, including tendering, contract administration, claims, and variations.

Responsible for managing and controlling all contract-related activities for oil and gas projects, including tendering, contract administration, claims, and variations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and administer contracts in accordance with company and client requirements.
- Manage pre-award and post-award contract activities.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and legal teams on contractual matters.
- Review tender documents, prepare bid evaluations, and assist in negotiations.
- Identify and manage contractual risks, claims, and variations.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company and client procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in contract management in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of EPC contracts, FIDIC terms, and commercial principles.
- Prior experience with ADNOC projects is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
