Job Scope
The Digital Business Automation Team Leader is accountable for supporting projects as per clients’ requests while developing, testing and incorporating new systems to rapidly scale program.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Implement presales activities for BMC Control-M including presentation, proof of concept and project scooping
- Respond to RFP’s while providing technical proposals
- Deliver technical expertise and support for Control-M projects and project management tasks
- Review system diagnostic information, assist in the isolation of a problem cause and attend to solutions accordingly
- Provide training to users maximizing the value of technology and attaining organizational goals through high customer satisfaction
- Provide enablement services to the sales team and other BMC Unit members
- Prepare Magnoos private cloud environment for Control-M
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other related field
Experience
At least 6 years of relevant experience.
