Introduction:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Conveyancer to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of property law, conveyancing processes, and the Dubai real estate market. As a Conveyancer, you will play a key role in facilitating property transactions, ensuring legal compliance, and providing expert guidance to clients throughout the buying, selling, and leasing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Transactions Management:Oversee the full conveyancing process for property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers, and leasing agreements.
Legal Advice & Documentation:Provide legal advice to clients, real estate agents, and developers regarding property transactions. Draft, review, and execute legal documents such as contracts, sale agreements, deeds, and leases.
Title Deeds & Property Registration:Manage the registration of properties with the Dubai Land Department (DLD), ensuring all necessary documents are filed correctly and within the required timelines.
Due Diligence & Compliance:Conduct thorough due diligence on property titles, ownership, zoning laws, and any other legal aspects related to property transactions to ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
Liaising with Stakeholders:Coordinate with developers, real estate agents, financial institutions, and government authorities (e.g., Dubai Land Department, Notaries, RERA) to ensure smooth and timely completion of property transactions.
Client Communication:Maintain clear and constant communication with clients, updating them on the status of their transactions and addressing any concerns promptly.
Legal Research & Updates:Stay updated with changes in Dubai’s property laws, regulations, and market trends to provide accurate legal advice and ensure compliance.
Requirements:
Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in conveyancing or real estate law, with a strong focus on Dubai real estate transactions.
Knowledge:In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate laws, property registration processes, and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with RERA guidelines and Dubai Land Department procedures is essential.
Skills:Strong attention to detail, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
Language:Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
