What You'll Deliver

• You'll handle day-to-day administration, HR process support, and onboarding/induction for new staff, ensuring smooth departmental operations (excluding EVP Office).
• You’ll coordinate training needs, plans, scheduling, and compliance reporting, ensuring alignment with budget and L&D requirements.
• You’ll ensure BT department compliance with DA HSE rules through audits, corrective actions, reporting, and promoting a strong safety culture.
• You’ll drive initiatives to enhance departmental efficiency, ensure processes meet policy standards, and align outputs with BT management requirements.
• You’ll manage issuance and administration of security passes for BT staff, contractors, and equipment, ensuring compliance with airport security requirements.
  
  

What You Bring

• You should be educated to a Bachelor’s Degree Level specialized in Computer Science, Business Management, Economics, or Administration.
• You should have 6 months to 3 years of experience in general administration services.
• You should have proficient knowledge of MS office and excellent communication skills.
