Senior Coordinator – Terminal Service Delivery Admin

SERVICE & OPERATIONS
Senior Coordinator – Terminal Service Delivery Admin
The team works in real time to make sure the right people are in the right place – airside and landside – to meet demand. They see that the operational plan is followed, and issues are dealt with across terminals, regular operations, incidents, and crisis handling. The operation has to be industry-leading, and it always is.
What You'll Deliver
- You’ll provide administrative support for day-to-day operations, HR documentation, new staff induction, and adherence to HR requirements within the TSD department (excluding COO Office).
- You’ll coordinate training needs, manage scheduling within budget, and track progress while generating compliance reports for mandatory training in TSD.
- You’ll support the development of initiatives, policies, and procedures to improve department efficiency and ensure adherence to processes and quality standards.
- You’ll manage and issue security passes for the department and third parties, including airport security passes for staff, contractors, and equipment.
- You’ll be educated to a bachelors degree specialized in computer science, business, management, economics, administration, arts or equivalent.
- You’ll have at least 6 months to 3 years of experience in general administration services.
- You’ll have and excellent communication skills.
