Senior Copywriter

We have a new opening for a permanent Senior Copyrwriter based in our Dubai agency. Our creative team is made up of fearless thinkers who hone their craft with brutal simplicity of thought. As a Senior Copywriter – you’ll be right in the middle of the action.

Location: at our Dubai agency. 4 days in the office and one from home.

Ideally we'd like to see talent who are based in UAE currently.

About The Role

We push our creative teams to make the best work of their career.

Below is a snapshot of what you'll be working on:

• Challenge creative briefs and your creative team’s thinking while understanding project requirements to create change-making work.
• Be fluent in creating fearless campaign ideas and building presentations that are thought provoking and show how the ideas work across different channels.
• Produce clear, consistently fresh and surprising ideas and copy in-line with the clients’ brand tone of voice and strategy.
• Work in a close-knit creative partnership with an Art Director and Creative Lead to generate campaign ideas and see them through from concepts to completion.
• Amend, revise, or redevelop campaigns in response to feedback from the CD or clients.
• Show strong commercial awareness, ensuring work is of great quality, while not smashing the client’s budget to pieces.
• Be comfortable writing hard-working, functional copy.
  
  
  

Requirements (Necessary):

• A fearless thinker.
• 4-7 years of creative ad agency experience.
• A good portfolio with the potential to become a creative titan. With 2-3 examples of great work across all channels.
• A rockstar writer with genuine passion and enthusiasm for English language and impeccable grammar.
• Experience with proof-reading and editing.
• Maintain high standards for executions and attention to tone and detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills; a team player, persuasive negotiator, positive and innovative thinker.
• Fluent English both written and spoken.

• Recent award wins at regional or global award shows.
• Have examples of change-making work for F&B or Real Estate clients.
