Senior Creative Stylist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Creative Stylist to elevate our brand's visual presence across multiple touchpoints, from high-profile campaigns to day-to-day visual content. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the Styling Manager, mentoring junior team members, and driving the growth of the department to meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading high-level editorial styling with a strong understanding of market trends, ensuring brand consistency and impactful visual exposure.
• Maintaining key brand relationships to enhance visual exposure and ideation.
• Developing and communicating new styling concepts, pushing boundaries beyond commercial styling to elevate editorial content.
• Efficiently manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines, ensuring all tasks are completed with precision and foresight.
• Coordinate style-outs for social media productions, manage sample logistics, and collaborate on international shoots to ensure cohesive brand representation.
• Identify departmental gaps related to stock or styling, and work with the Styling Manager to implement effective solutions and strategic adjustments.
• Guide and mentor junior stylists, fostering skill development while maintaining a positive, collaborative team environment.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in luxury editorial styling and strong market intuition.
• Strong understanding of brand identity, with the ability to maintain and elevate the brand’s DNA through styling.
• Experience with international location shoots and sample management.
• Ability to develop creative, trend-forward styling ideas that align with business objectives.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external teams.
• Experience in process improvement activities and ongoing personal development.
  
  

What we are looking for :

• 7 + years’ experience in styling for luxury fashion and /or ecommerce
• Proven track record in managing junior team members or acting as a mentor within creative teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to propose innovative solutions.
