Senior CRM Executive

Role Purpose

We are looking for a Senior Customer Retention Executive (Arabic Speaking) to join our team at Brands for Less. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing and customer retention strategies, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. The Customer Retention executive will be responsible for implementing retention marketing campaigns to increase customer loyalty, repeat purchases, improve customer experiences and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer retention marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS & push notifications.
• Analyze customer data and develop strategies to increase retention rates, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative assets and messaging for retention campaigns.
• Monitor and optimize retention campaigns to ensure they are achieving their goals.
• Create customer segmentation strategies and targeted campaigns to increase engagement and loyalty.

• Creating & optimizing loyalty lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand positioning.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance and provide recommendations for future campaigns.
• Developing Omni channel customer life cycle experience
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer retention marketing.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in customer retention marketing, preferably in retail & e-commerce environments.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CDPs & email marketing tools
• Experience with customer segmentation and targeted marketing campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English & Arabic
