What You Will Do

• Serve as the technical authority on the Sysdig Platform and be the customers' go to advisor.
• Drive adoption and expansion within enterprise customers from onboarding through implementation and technical enablement, ensuring scale, performance and custom solutions.
• Understand customers' requirements, challenges and desired business outcomes, working closely with Product Managers and influencing the roadmap.
• Visit customers in UAE every 4 8 weeks.
  
  

What You Will Bring With You

• Native or excellent Arabic and English language skills; ability to work remotely with international teams.
• Track record of owning customer relationships, including implementation and identification of expansion opportunities.
  
  

What We Look For

• 5 10 years of experience as solutions architect, field engineering, sales engineering, customer success engineering or DevOps consultant, preferably with SaaS companies.
• Domain knowledge in Cloud Native technologies (Container, Kubernetes, Cloud). Experience with DevOps tools such as Terraform, Helm, API scripting, and familiarity with security/monitoring tools like Prometheus or Falco.
