Job Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate data findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
• Design and implement data models and algorithms to optimize data analysis processes.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data validation and quality checks.
• Present complex data analysis in a clear and concise manner to non-technical audiences.
• Lead and mentor junior data analysts, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
