The Project

Large residential masterplan community consisting of villas, townhouses and all associated infrastructure.

Senior design manager is responsible of the design management system and its effectiveness in meeting business, statutory, legal, and contractual requirements.

Provides leadership to managers & professionals. Oversees all phases or stages of design management including interactions/coordination with construction, commercial, programme, procurement, etc.

Be responsible for the definition and approval of consultant appointment across all disciplines.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Develops and delivers delegated elements of the annual business plan within budget and deadlines.
• Leads and manages design resources and daily operations across projects.
• Presents KPIs and review data to project and leadership teams.
• Supports business development and contributes to work-winning efforts.
• Leads training initiatives and promotes continuous learning.
• Ensures compliance with management systems and project role responsibilities.
• Acts as the design focal point, recommending improvements to tools and processes.
• Advises on procurement, contracts, and legal aspects of project delivery.
• Collaborates with PMO and stakeholders, promoting technical excellence and communication.
• Drives sustainability goals, focusing on carbon reduction and leveraging internal knowledge hubs.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
• Degree level preferably in design relevant discipline (or equivalent).
• Good BIM literacy, BIM management and BIM deliverables.
• Good technical knowledge to challenge projects/design/proposals.
