We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Designer to join our dynamic team. The Senior Designer will be responsible for leading design projects from concept to completion, creating innovative and impactful design solutions for a range of digital and print materials. With a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of design principles, the Senior Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts that meet client objectives and exceed expectations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A degree in Graphic Design or related field and proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite are required. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage design projects from concept to completion.
- Develop and present creative design concepts and solutions to clients.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and engineering.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to inform design decisions.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers and support staff.
- Ensure all design work meets brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Oversee the production process to ensure quality and deadlines are met.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Liaise with external vendors and suppliers as needed for design projects.
- Continuously improve design processes and workflow for efficiency and quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a graphic designer.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
