transition from native to Flutter, we need a hands-on, visionary leader to guide our app

team to the next level.

Role Overview

As our Senior App Development Manager, you will take full ownership of the company’s

app portfolio. You’ll manage and mentor a team of six developers (iOS, Android, Flutter),

orchestrate automated deployment pipelines, and spearhead the evolution of our apps

from native to cross-platform Flutter in collaboration with an external partner. You’ll be the driving force behind building robust, scalable, and innovative solutions that propel our apps to market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & Strategy: Set the technical vision and roadmap for app development across iOS, Android, and Flutter. Lead the transition strategy from native apps to Flutter, collaborating with externalpartners.
• Team Management & Mentorship: Directly oversee a team of six developers (iOS, Android, Flutter). Provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and growth opportunities. Foster a collaborative, results-focused culture of continuous improvement.
• Project Coordination & Execution: Manage app development projects across three different initiatives and ensure deadlines are met. Oversee deployment automation processes, setting up CI/CD pipelines for swift and reliable releases. Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance of 5,000+ apps across platforms.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with product owners, designers, QA, and key business stakeholders. Translate high-level objectives into detailed action plans and ensure alignment across all teams.
• Innovation & Best Practices: Track emerging technologies and assess potential integrations to enhance app capabilities. Implement best-in-class coding and testing standards to maintain high-quality deliverables. Own and refine our in-house development framework, guiding the evolution of our tech stack.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education & Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 7+ years of hands-on app development experience, with at least 3+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) development. Proven experience leading or implementing Flutter solutions. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions). Experience managing large-scale app deployments with automated testing and release processes.
• Leadership & Management: Exceptional team leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring and scaling development teams. Outstanding project management capabilities, comfortable using agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to clearly convey complex technical concepts.
