What You Will Be Doing

• Define and implement best-in-class SaaS Ops strategies based on deep expertise and strong points-of-view on operational excellence
• Make important decisions on operational standards, AI tooling, and process design to ensure reliability, security, and cost optimization across the portfolio
• Build and iterate a framework for onboarding newly acquired SaaS products into a centralized SaaS Ops function without operational friction

Senior DevOps Architect Key Responsibilities

Own a highly efficient, AI-powered SaaS Ops function that ensures exceptional reliability, cost optimization, and seamless operations for a growing portfolio of acquired SaaS businesses

Basic Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing and owning SaaS Ops supporting enterprise customers
• Experience owning SaaS Ops and leading major cloud migrations at an SME with enterprise customers
• Experience applying AI and automation technologies to SaaS operations
• Advanced AWS and DevOps skills (including Docker and Kubernetes)

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
