Senior DevOps Engineer(Difi project)
CHRONA

City: Dubai
Contract type: Full time

Resolv Labs is focused on developing a delta-neutral stablecoin called USR, designed to maintain price stability in the often volatile cryptocurrency market. Backed by Ethereum (ETH), USR utilizes a combination of on-chain assets and hedging strategies involving derivatives to mitigate risks associated with price fluctuations. This structure allows users to engage with digital assets without the typical concerns of volatility, making $USR a viable option for transactions and as a store of value.
The Resolv Liquidity Pool (RLP) is a key component of the Resolv ecosystem, serving as an insurance layer for $USR. RLP absorbs market risks and ensures $USR maintains its peg even in adverse conditions. It's backed by excess collateral from the ETH portfolio that maintains over 100% backing for $USR. RLP holders receive delta-neutral yield with self-balancing leverage, where a thinner RLP layer leads to higher leverage and potentially higher returns. The value of RLP tokens fluctuates based on the protocol's profit and loss, providing a higher-risk, higher-reward option for investors.

Who We Are Looking For
We're seeking a strong DevOps Engineer to help build Resolv's core infrastructure and products. You'll be instrumental in developing the systems that power our delta-neutral stablecoin and liquidity pool. This role requires a blend of deep infrastructure and security related expertise, as you'll be working on complex integrations and translating them into reliable, scalable and secure infrastructure.
Our Technical Approach
At Resolv, we believe in building robust, scalable systems that bridge traditional finance with decentralized technologies. We prioritize security and reliability, recognizing that we're dealing with financial assets and user trust.
We emphasize clean, easy-to-understand code and products that can be easily maintained, extended, and evolved by the team.
