Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full document control lifecycle using EDMS platforms (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, Documentum).
- Ensure accurate registration, tracking, and archiving of technical and project-related documents.
- Implement and enforce document control procedures in line with project and company requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and project management teams for timely document submission and distribution.
- Maintain document confidentiality and ensure access control compliance.
- Conduct document audits and support internal and external audits as required.
- Train and support junior document controllers and project team members in document control processes.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in document control within the oil and gas sector.
- Proficient in EDMS platforms (e.g., Aconex, Documentum, SharePoint, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of document control procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced project environment.
