Job Responsibility
- Manage and control all project documents, including drawings, correspondence, and reports.
- Ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of all documents.
- Maintain an organized filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission and approval of documents.
- Implement document control procedures and policies to streamline processes.
- Train and support junior document controllers in managing project documents effectively.
- MOFA Attested Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Document Controller in the construction or interior design industry.
- Familiarity with document management systems and software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
