HALCON is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Draughtsman – Mechanical to support the development of high-performance defense products. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in harness design, mechanical detailing, and production tooling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain mechanical data packs for various HALCON products
- Support engineering teams with modeling, detailing, and harnessing of subcomponents
- Design production tools, jigs, and support equipment for manufacturing and testing
- Create harness layouts and data packs using Creo/SolidWorks
- Mentor junior draughtsmen in harnessing techniques and standards
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the engineering industry
- Relevant qualification: Degree, Diploma, or Technical Certificate in Mechanical or Electronic disciplines
- Strong knowledge of mechanical designs, structures, and manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in manufacturing drawings, assembly standards, and data pack generation
- Advanced competency in mechanical knowledge and drawing tools
