Senior Drivers Examiner - Drivers Testing

Job Description

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of procedure before an applicant goes for the driving test.
• Provide information to the public on the procedures for obtaining a driving license.
• Conduct rate analysis of the ratings given by the examiners and to study the possibility that the rate is more or less essential.
• Inform the applicants about their test results and to explain them on their improvement areas.
• Provide orientation to the new examiners on the driving test.
• Check the file to determine whether the documents and procedures comply with traffic law, regulations and standards.
• Provide the examiners with all the theoretical aspects of the test and enlighten them on the practical difficulties.
• Conduct random checks to ensure that Examiners are abiding by policies and procedures.
• Maintain records of applicants' files (failure rate and passing rate) which will help the management to make the necessary analysis.
• Conduct driving test, analyse and see the various aspects of the driving test before signing the file of the passing applicant to ensure that fairness and justice is maintained.
• Handle applicants in a correct manner when not clearing the test.
• Train (practical) the examiners with regards to conducting the driving test.
