Job Description
  • Perform complex electrical engineering tasks, including system design, calculations, and testing, with minimal supervision.
  • Lead BIM modeling and digital delivery initiatives, utilizing advanced tools like Revit, Revizto, and ACC for system optimization and multidisciplinary coordination.
  • Manage projects according to agreed-upon budgets and schedules, ensuring design brief compliance, completeness, and accuracy.
  • Drive innovation through computational engineering, advanced simulations, and adoption of programming languages for design automation and data analysis.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to entry-level engineers, fostering their professional development.
  • Identify and resolve technical discrepancies, proposing solutions using modified standard procedures or developing new methods as needed.
  • Develop and implement electrical system specifications, standards, and design criteria for large-scale projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other building components.
  • Conduct energy modeling and analysis to optimize building performance and achieve sustainability goals.
  • Oversee the preparation of detailed cost estimates, project proposals, and technical reports.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations in electrical system designs.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and technical solutions effectively.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating innovative solutions into project designs.
  • Contribute to the development of company-wide best practices and standard operating procedures for electrical engineering.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to resolve field issues and ensure proper implementation of electrical designs.
