Your Role: Lead, Innovate, Inspire

As a Senior Engineer, you will spearhead multi-disciplinary teams to design, integrate, and validate advanced systems including RF, AI, embedded controls, and power electronics. Your leadership will ensure technical excellence and drive high-impact projects aligned with strategic company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver innovative and compliant solutions
• Chair technical design reviews enforcing industry standards (MIL-STDs, IEEE/IEC, DO-178C)
• Drive system architecture and integration of complex subsystems for next-gen defense products
• Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and excellence
• Oversee embedded software lifecycle, ensuring reliability and certification adherence
• Design and integrate AI/ML solutions for real-time analytics and automation
• Manage technical documentation and compliance across all phases of product development
• Lead advanced R&D initiatives, champion emerging technologies and model-based systems engineering
• Contribute to strategic planning, recruitment, budgeting, and resource forecasting
  
  

What You Bring

• Experience: 8+ years in project management within defense or aerospace, focusing on missile systems
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of systems engineering, missile and weapon systems, and defense standards
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred); PMP certification highly desirable
• Skills: Strong communication, ownership mindset, and strategic planning capability
