Key Responsibilities
- Lead interface coordination between internal disciplines, external contractors, and third-party stakeholders.
- Manage and track NOC applications, submissions, and approvals in accordance with project requirements.
- Review and validate technical documents to ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain the Interface Management Plan and Interface Register.
- Act as the focal point of contact for interface-related issues on assigned projects.
- Coordinate and attend interface meetings, preparing minutes and follow-up actions.
- Ensure compliance with technical guidelines and HSE standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential interface risks early in the project lifecycle.
- Support project planning, schedule integration, and milestone tracking related to interfaces.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or relevant discipline).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, including significant exposure to major projects.
- Extensive experience in Interface and NOC management on ADNOC projects is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of interface and NOC management processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools and interface tracking systems.
