We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of structural engineering principles, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality and innovative engineering solutions. The Senior Structural Engineer will oversee project design and development, collaborate with various teams, and mentor junior engineers.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of structural engineering principles, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality and innovative engineering solutions. The Senior Structural Engineer will oversee project design and development, collaborate with various teams, and mentor junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, analysis, and inspection of various structural projects including commercial, residential, and industrial buildings.
- Develop and refine structural design calculations, including load analysis, material selection, and stability assessments.
- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications using CAD software and ensure adherence to applicable building codes and standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to develop integrated design solutions.
- Perform site visits to assess project progress, identify issues, and ensure construction is in compliance with design specifications.
- Prepare and review engineering reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, and provide strategic solutions to any arising challenges.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and interns, fostering a collaborative and empowering work environment.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes impacting structural engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- Minimum of [5-10] years of relevant experience in structural engineering.
- Proficient in structural analysis and design software (e.g. SAP2000, ETABS, RISA, AutoCAD, Revit).
- Strong understanding of building codes and standards (e.g. AISC, ACI, ASCE).
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster collaborative relationships.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
