Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Procurement and Contracts Engineer to manage the procurement lifecycle and contract administration for a large industrial project.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage pre-qualification, tendering, evaluation, and contract awards.
- Monitor contractor performance and enforce contract terms.
- Coordinate with engineering, planning, and legal teams.
- Ensure adherence to project budgets and timelines.
Experience
- 15+ years of relevant experience.
- 10+ years in procurement/contracts roles in industrial projects.
- Experience in the Middle East is required.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Strong understanding of procurement strategies and contract law.
