What You'll Be Doing

As the Senior Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in overseeing a wide range of administrative, operational, and support functions to ensure the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the business.

  • Manage schedule and appointments.
  • Screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond independently when required.
  • Liaise with relevant individuals, departments, and external customers and suppliers
  • Assist in presentations and other reports and documents as needed.
  • Manage in coordination with travel department travel plans, itineraries, expenses.
  • Assist in planning and organizing visits of selected visitors.
  • Create and maintain database, spreadsheet files and digitally archive documents, records, and reports.
  • Arrange and coordinate events etc. when required.
  • Proof reading of material (emails, documents, social media posts, etc).
  • Attend meetings alongside to take detailed minutes and gain insights into key messages from brands and partners.
  • Create and maintain updated pending “to do” lists.
  • Ensure timely communication of deadlines.
  • Ensure the preparation of meeting rooms.
  • Greet and host all external visitors.
  • Coordinate with IT and ensure IT equipment is up to date.
  • Support with managing and optimizing social media platforms, including LinkedIn.
  • Provide copywriting support for materials such as press releases, internal and external conference speeches, and other communication needs.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Experienced in managing or leading multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Adaptive, Pro-active, Solution oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize
  • Proficient in Microsoft Tools
  • Proficient in the use of outlook
