About the Job:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive to join The Human Resources team in Jumeirah Al Nassem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Be open and approachable to colleagues at any time and offer advice on issues to help the colleague make the best decision.
- Ensure that all HR information is handled and kept strictly confidential.
- Assist with the organization of colleague recognition, reward & engagement activities in accordance with company policies.
- In conjunction with Learning & Development, prepare the probationary confirmation letters and ensure colleagues receive these in a timely fashion.
- Ensure HR Processes, Policies & Systems are followed in any activity carried out.
- Manage the Hotel’s learning and development need analysis, through brainstorming sessions with various departments and the analysis of employee requests and guest.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Efficient, effective working practices and strong administration/organization skills.
- Previous experience in a Human Resources Administrator or Coordinator role.
- Customer service oriented with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Experienced in HR systems including Application Tracking systems and Time & Attendance platform.
