- Lead creative development for film projects, including idea generation, storyboarding, and scripting.
- Direct shoots with clear vision, managing talent and technical teams to get strong results.
- Supervise editing and post-production, using both standard tools and Ai-powered platforms to improve speed and quality.
- Use Ai for editing, script reviews, voice cleanup, shot selection, and audience targeting.
- Guide filmmakers and editors, offering feedback and support to improve their work.
- Work with marketing and creative teams to ensure films support campaigns and brand goals.
- Handle multiple large-scale projects and ensure all deliverables meet the required timeline and quality. People Management Responsibilites:
- Mentor and guide junior filmmakers and editors as needed. Strategic Responsibilities:
- Drive creative direction for major campaigns and film content. Promote the use of modern tools and workflows, including Ai, to keep the team creative, fast, and effective.
