The opportunity

Inception is the UAE’s national-scale enabler in AI Research and Development. Partnering with Microsoft's AI SaaS, we offer domain-specific Agentic AI Orchestrator platforms utilizing reasoning agents for precise and cost-effective services. Our focus includes AI incubation, IP creation, applied AI R&D, and AI investment products. By creating models tailored to specific domains and languages, we ensure superior accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frontend frameworks like React.js or Angular (v14+).
• Architect and implement robust backend services and APIs using Node.js (Express/Nest.js) and Python (FastAPI/Flask).
• Design and implement Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) layers to optimize API integration and performance.
• Develop and optimize data models and queries for PostgreSQL and MongoDB, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Build and deploy cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure services, including App Services, AKS, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, and Functions.
• Automate deployments and infrastructure using CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Bicep).
• Ensure high code quality through automated testing with tools such as Jest, Cypress, Mocha, and Pytest.
• Integrate observability and monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, Application Insights, and OpenTelemetry.
• Apply secure development best practices and implement modern authentication protocols (OAuth2, JWT) and address OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, and contribute to software architecture discussions.
• Mentor junior developers, promote engineering best practices, and foster continuous learning within the team.
  
  

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–9 years of hands-on experience in full stack development roles.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and frameworks such as Express, Nest.js, FastAPI, Flask.
• Deep expertise in React.js, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, and Material UI.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and ORM tools (Prisma, SQLAlchemy).
• Skilled in using Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), and Terraform/Bicep for modern DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of software architecture patterns such as Microservices, Clean Architecture, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Familiarity with Kafka or Azure Event Grid for event-driven architecture.
• Understanding of SaaS platforms, multi-tenant architecture, and security concepts like Zero Trust, WAF, and Service Identity.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
