Senior Graphics Coordinator

Overview

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphics Coordinator to lead the development of high-quality visual materials across multidisciplinary design and engineering projects. Based in Dubai, this role is ideal for a seasoned design professional with a strong background in graphic design, visual storytelling, and document production.

Your role

• Produce high quality reports, presentations and other documentation for external use and publication.
• To work on several individual projects concurrently and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.
• Adherence to AtkinsRéalis BMS and Procedures.
• To work as part of an integrated building and design team and co-ordinate with other design disciplines.
  
  

About You

Technical Competencies

• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Proven graphic design experience with a minimum of 6-8 years and ideally within a multi-disciplinary design and engineering consultancy environment.
• Significant expertise and experience using major graphic design tools like InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Exceptional flair for typography, layout design, colour harmony, and visual storytelling, paired with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively in both written and spoken English. Ability to speak and write in Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to produce high quality, creative and attractive reports and presentations, using InDesign and PowerPoint.
• Must be able to produce engaging diagrams/infographics and other high-quality visuals to communicate complex concepts.
• Must have appreciation of the work of other disciplines.
• Must be able to learn and retain new skills quickly from a variety of sources.
  
  

Desirable

• Proficiency in SketchUp, the Autodesk suite, and other relevant software is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to generate maps, plans and illustrations using Illustrator and/or Photoshop is an asset but not essential.
• Branding and visual identity experience is a plus.
• Exposure to multi-disciplinary consultancy environment within GCC region.
