Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with business goals .
• Oversee talent acquisition, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Manage employee relations, resolving conflicts and fostering a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Advise leadership on HR policies, labor laws, and compliance issues.
• Analyze HR metrics to guide decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company goals.
• Drive performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
Skills- Experience managing HR teams and strategic initiatives.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
- Expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, applicant tracking systems).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience as an HR professional, with 5 5 years in a senior HR role.
