Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain blockchain-based applications using Java and related technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Proven experience in blockchain technologies and frameworks.
- Familiarity with smart contracts and consensus algorithms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and services is a plus.
