Senior Key Account Manager - UAE

What is the job about?
You'll develop new sales opportunities and maintain recurring business with existing customers, sharing market knowledge within the team to strengthen Grundfos's business results and market share.
This role reports to the Sales Director and will be based in or around Dubai, UAE

What is the job about?
You'll develop new sales opportunities and maintain recurring business with existing customers, sharing market knowledge within the team to strengthen Grundfos's business results and market share.
This role reports to the Sales Director and will be based in or around Dubai, UAE
Your main responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a diverse customer base, including wholesalers, installers, and local OEMs.
- Execute account plans and promotional activities in collaboration with Key Account Managers.
- Conduct regular customer visits, online meetings, product training, and events.
- Promote Grundfos’ digital tools and self-service platforms to enhance customer experience.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline.
- Ensure accurate customer data management and share market insights with internal teams.
- Achieve defined sales targets and KPIs, including:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or business or equivalent.
- 5+ years of relevant experience from a large international company in similar role.
- Effective communication at all levels with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Frequent travel is expected
- Positive, resilient and a good networker (track record in collaborating within own company but also internationally).
- Good Business Acumen.
- Great communication skills.
- Great stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to think tactical.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, other local languages are a plus
