Organisation Unit Purpose

The Retail Banking Sales Multi product unit is a sales channels under RBS (Cards & Personal Loans) catering to the Credit Card, Personal Finance and Bank Account requirements of existing and prospect Emirates NBD customers within UAE. The team’s core responsibility is to sell & increase banks market share of Credit Card, Personal Finance and Account base in line with the Banks overall business strategy. This team is also responsible for bringing new companies to the bank’s approved list of employers and build on these relationships to increase penetration bank’s retail banking products. The unit will also focus on cross selling of other retail banking products when required to increase sales of other bank’s products thus positively affecting the overall sales, revenue and profitability.

Job Overview

As Senior Lead – Multiproduct & Payroll at Emirates NBD, your role is

To be Responsible for providing the leadership, vision and strategy to achieve the Sales goals of the RBS Multi Product Beyond Team. Develop and implement acquisition strategies& sales plans to achieve assigned targets for Personal Finance Loans, Credit Cards & Current & Saving Accounts (CASA)

Responsibilities

• Drive, monitor and enforce Sales & Relationship Management through the unit.
• Responsible for monitoring the performance of the team by establishing a system of reports/MIS involving sales reports,
• Assist team members in internal follow up with stakeholders such as support team, product team etc. for approvals, exceptions and deviations
• Drive cross selling of other bank products when required
• To train, coach and mentor team members to provide best in class service to customers and ensure customer satisfaction & experience in line with Banks service standards.
• To ensure capturing and compile team report of market intelligence, customer loss and feedback to the line managers on regular basis, which can be shared with the management & product team so as to improve banks product features, offerings and processes
  
  

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and experience…

• University Degree Graduate or Postgraduate
• Minimum work experience – 10 years
• Minimum sales experience – 7 years
• Minimum team management experience – 5 years
• Banking - Retail products sales experience
• Basic knowledge of banking products, local market, credit and bureau functionality
