Overview
This role is focused on driving business development and client acquisition for CPX’s Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity offerings across critical infrastructure, manufacturing, energy, utilities, and similar sectors. The manager will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, shaping solution proposals, and winning deals in highly specialized OT environments.

This role is focused on driving business development and client acquisition for CPX’s Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity offerings across critical infrastructure, manufacturing, energy, utilities, and similar sectors. The manager will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, shaping solution proposals, and winning deals in highly specialized OT environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead business development efforts for OT cybersecurity services across priority sectors (e.g., energy, utilities, manufacturing, transportation)
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified OT-specific opportunities
- Engage senior stakeholders in OT, ICS, SCADA, and plant operations to understand business needs and align CPX solutions
- Collaborate with OT presales and solution architects to tailor offerings to customer requirements
- Position CPX as a trusted OT security advisor through consultative engagement and industry thought leadership
- Track regional trends, threat landscape, and regulatory drivers influencing OT security needs
- Work closely with alliances and delivery teams to develop and refine go-to-market offerings for OT
Skills/Certifications (Technical & Non-Technical)
- Certifications or familiarity with standards such as IEC 62443, NIST CSF, or ISO/ISA frameworks
- 15+ years in business development, consulting, or sales with a focus on OT or industrial cybersecurity
- Strong understanding of OT/ICS systems, threat vectors, and protection approaches
- Experience selling or engaging with clients in sectors such as energy, oil & gas, utilities, or critical infrastructure
- Ability to engage with both IT and OT decision-makers
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking with deal-closing capability
- Experience working with or selling to government or semi-government entities
- Regional experience across UAE, KSA, and wider Middle East or Africa
- Bachelors in any field
