Job Description
Responsibilities: Part of the contracts & compliance team, manage contracts and compliance activities across construction and corporate contracts across multiple geographies.
Experience : Min. 15-20 years of work experience;
Responsibilities: Part of the contracts & compliance team, manage contracts and compliance activities across construction and corporate contracts across multiple geographies.
- Civil Construction Contracts – Reviewing and negotiating contracts and associated documents for multiple large-scale developments in UAE, Maldives, Angola, UAE, Iraq and others.
- Data Centre Construction Contracts – Managing contract negotiations and contracts across numerous international jurisdictions for Data Centres, international jurisdiction vendors - negotiate on the terms and conditions.
- Innovative Contract Management Initiatives & Other Tasks provided by Management – involved in the development and implementation of new systems such as contract lifecycle management (CLM), electronic signatures, and compliance monitoring.
- Corporate Compliance – Ensuring adherence to compliance requirements across multiple business units and jurisdictions.
