M42 is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to help develop and drive risk management strategies, ensuring our organization stays resilient and compliant in an ever-changing landscape.

In this key leadership role, you will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and maintain a robust ERM framework. This includes assessing a variety of risks, from operational to reputational, and leading mitigation strategies that support M42 organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of ERM to shape and execute our ERM strategy.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, utilizing tools such as risk registers and heat maps.
• Develop and monitor risk mitigation plans, ensuring effective controls.
• Foster a risk-aware culture by training and supporting teams across departments.
• Prepare reports and presentations for executive management and the Board, translating complex risk data into actionable insights.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, ensuring compliance with healthcare sector standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in risk management, preferably within healthcare or a Big 4 firm.
• Expertise in risk frameworks, financial analysis, and problem-solving.
• A recognized certification such as CRMA, ARM, or ISO 31000.
• Ability to communicate complex risks clearly at all levels of the organization.
