Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Government and Commercial Partnerships to lead the strategy, development, and management of key partnerships with government entities and commercial organizations. This individual will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for strategic alliances, overseeing the execution of partnerships, and fostering long-term relationships with government agencies, corporate partners, and other relevant stakeholders. This role will report directly to the CEO and will play a critical part in the company's growth and expansion in the UAE and beyond.
Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Government and Commercial Partnerships to lead the strategy, development, and management of key partnerships with government entities and commercial organizations. This individual will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for strategic alliances, overseeing the execution of partnerships, and fostering long-term relationships with government agencies, corporate partners, and other relevant stakeholders. This role will report directly to the CEO and will play a critical part in the company's growth and expansion in the UAE and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall strategy for government and commercial partnerships.
- Lead and manage key partnership negotiations and execute agreements.
- Identify and build relationships with government agencies and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership agreements.
- Define and execute partnership strategies aligned with company goals. Lead end-to-end partnership negotiations across government and commercial sectors. Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure long-term sustainability and growth.
- Build strong ties with government bodies and align offerings with public initiatives and regulations. Represent the company at government forums and monitor regulatory developments to identify opportunities. Partner with government relations teams to stay proactive on policy shifts
- Establish and scale partnerships with key players in retail, finance, hospitality, and more. Identify new business avenues, negotiate favorable terms, and drive joint initiatives. Deliver revenue growth and long-term value through high-impact commercial alliances
- Define KPIs and regularly report partnership performance to leadership. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements, especially in public-sector deals. Proactively manage risks, operational hurdles, and contractual obligation
- Cultivate relationships with senior stakeholders and represent the company at key industry events. Collaborate across internal teams—Marketing, Legal, Product, Sales—for smooth partner onboarding and execution. Support co-branding, joint campaigns, and partner success initiatives.
